Last May a guy off Cleveland Heights Boulevard sent us a photo of his white truck. The front bumper looked like someone threw wet gravel at it. It was love bugs. He had driven the Polk Parkway to Plant City and back during the worst week of the year. Then he let it sit for nine days.
